Timothy Ivan Meehan III

We are sadly saying our farewells to Timothy I. Meehan III (Timmy/Tim). Born April 24th, 2006 in Great Falls, MT. He passed away on September 27, 2026 at the age of 20, under the beautiful and bright Harvest Moon.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather - Timothy I. Meehan and his aunt - Sarah A. Meehan.

He is survived by his father - Timothy I. Meehan II, his mother - Huimin Meehan, his loving older sister - Serena A. Meehan, his paternal grandmother - Randi G. Meehan, his maternal grandmother - Chang-Son Paradise, and his maternal grandfather - Ross J. Paradise, his Kitten- Alice Meehan.

Tim was an awe-inspiring young man. He was always passionate about helping others and being the person you needed.

He loved his family and his friends with all of his heart, as they were precious to him. He cherished the time he spent singing, dancing, working on his beloved truck Sally (of whom he was especially proud) and even crying with those he loved. He knew that all of those moments were a blessing.

God graced him with gifts for writing and music. He was soft spoken; however, his writing flowed like poetry and his intentions were never lost to his loved ones. He could play his guitar for hours as if he was falling in love with music all over again. Seated by his favorite river, he'd have endless conversations with God, and time seemed to flow as freely as the river.

While the world may not always be the kindest or easiest place, through Tim's eyes it was always full of beauty. He embodied those words every day. He always tried his best to see it through, with a warm, loving, and gentle perspective.

Tim was a grounding presence with a genuine, loving soul. We wish more people got to know him and see his amazing, happy, smiling, fun and goofy side. He inspired everyone along his way and helped every person and animal alike he met. He was an amazing young man who truly only cared about others.

At his core though, he was a free spirit, deeply empathetic, and a protector. He believed in living your life to the fullest, in your own way. And that's how he lived.

Our Son, Baby Brother, Grandson, Friend, and Loved One...You will forever be missed and always in our hearts.

Memorial Services will be held on October 3, 2026 at Bonners Ferry Funeral Home (6485 Harrison St) from 12:00 to 4:00 pm.
