Ila M Eberly

Ila Mae Eberly, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother , friend and neighbor has gone home to eternal peace and joy on September 2009. Memorial Services celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 10:00am at the Bonners Ferry Funeral Home in Bonners Ferry, Idaho with interment in the Grandview Cemetery, Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Ila was born on February 3, 1935 in Orfino, Idaho to Marcus and Nina Hampton. Ila and Burt were married on April 13, 1963, and enjoyed life together for 46 years. Their home for the passed 38 years has been in Moyie Springs. Where Ila enjoyed serving her community on the Moyie Springs City Council and obtaining her Master Gardeners certification. Ila had a love and compassion for animals, enjoyed fishing with family, and expressed her creativity through knitting, crocheting, embroidery and other crafts. Ila is survived by her companion friend, and husband Burt Eberly, her three daughters Nancy N. Jones of Spokane, WA; Carol and Bob Merrifield of Athol, Idaho; Gloria and Jeff Groff of LaGrande, OR,; stepson Dale and Linda Eberly of Payette, Idaho; 7 granddchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
